I never knew a love like this. God has blessed us so richly. 

Emma Jean! You are seven months. Time is flying. You’re crawling at a lightening speed, you are FUNNY, and you love to explore. You crawl around and rest propped up on your side, and you do little yoga poses like downward dog. You are staying so busy, and you love your doggie Hendo (and Mom and Dad). What a bright smile you have. 

You are growing so well. Night time is sometimes hard but so special as you melt into me, rocking until your busy brain stops racing. Your fingers scratch every surface they touch. You look in every direction until your sleepiness wins you over. You tuck your arms in and bend your knees until you wiggle into comfort. Oh how I’ll miss these little moments in the dark of your room. I pray that you know the Lord and love Him as your Father and Creator. 

Your need for me reminds me of our need for Him.
